>>1010544>>1010782It's not Penn Central's fault the Pennsy leadership had been running that railroad into the ground long before the merger, and that the Red Team management fucked everything up once they gained control of PC. The crews on the ground did everything they could to keep the railroad operating during that dark period, and through their efforts Conrail emerged. Just because management turned the situation into a clusterfuck doesn't mean that the railroad itself is undeserving of respect. Also they had a pretty cool logo, all things considered.
