It's very hilly here, but nothing exaggerated, mostly about 300 meter gain over 2 km, and a lot of ups and downs, and I usually don't ride it for very long because there are mostly single lane roads all around my town (small town) so I don't like to go alone.
I wanted to hit skate parks with it, but it was mostly for the looks, I find single speed bikes without chain tensioners to be very very pretty.
But you guys made me change my mind, especially the example about the car with only a third gear and my bike don't have the horizontal dropouts, i also usually ride with a high cadence (I think it's high, don't know how to measure), and I think I would miss that a bit.
Thanks a lot for the tips, maybe I will look for a bmx or a used 26 to play around.
