I just got pic related for free from a coworker. It's in a pretty rough state so I'm asking for some suggestions on what might be wrong with it
Obviously it's missing a pedal, but everything else seems to be in decent shape except the gears/gearshift.
Obviously the gears are all rusted but I can't for the life of me get the gearshift to... shift. The shifter is stuck on Index 6 and I can't get it to budge whatsoever even when attempting to pedal. I can provide more pictures and information for anyone willing to help
