"Feel or liveliness"rolling resistance,(cornering)grip,suppleness,mileage etc.
'Avin some nice tires tires under yer ass makes a great difference to the ones interested enough to notice.
That having said,cheaper tires can absolutely be adequate/fine..heck even great,but (for me at least) some cyclists a certain tire feels right,mostly the more expensive ones.
That being said,the lower end ultra sports are absolutely fine,they might be more more puncture prone than other tires,but if they work,they work.
I have some laying around on my old rims,for my new rims they are so incredibly tight(STFU I literally mounted thousands of tires at this point,I know how to mount a goddamn clincher lmao)that mounting it would be a PITA,since getting them off and on would be a aforementioned PITAAAA
