Pic is from the original proposal, I added a few labels. The green loop is basically what was built, orange lines are possible extension routes.
An extension to University of Cincinnati probably makes the most sense. Lots of people live in the uptown neighborhoods, and there's only a handful of heavily-trafficked roads that go up and down the hill. That forested band between UC and OTR is land that's too steep to build on. There's a ~300ft change in elevation as you go up Vine St, which discourages most from walking/cycling.
