I shit you not, I know maybe 10-15 houses in my neighbourhood alone. I find that it's usually rich people who do it, the ones with huge double garage houses.
Last summer on a hot 35+ degree (C) day I was walking past this house watching their kids play ball on one of those plastic monstrosities and my soul cringed.
These people are literally insane and should be killed.
