if you do not change course or do not respond or they do not like your answer the Air Craftcarrier group will accelerate ( 10x the speed you can ) away and can maintain 3x your top speed.
The destroyer escorting you away will contact country of who's flag you fly and demand permission to board -- everyone other than maybe Russia and China will give the go ahead most likely or will dispatch their own navy to do so -- you will have a Marine boarding party on your deck questioning you and the crew.
