It is not taking in account that the State ( EU ) has taken about 20% of the income from the poor in taxes even before they can spend it on Transportation.
You eventually are just subsidizing the upper middle class , paying for their train to "come in to the city" and live in the country and avoid all their Liberal voting consequences -- mean while if you use the bus twice a week for shopping because you are poor -- you're fucked.
