I did a few heat loop tests for new heated gloves and neither worked as expected. So I took another look at some ebay glove heat pads I got at the end of last season. They were too stiff and not sized correctly to fit in a liner glove. One of my tests was to replicate the ebay heat pads, but the carbon sheet I ordered had a resistance about 1/8 of what was necessary. But the shape I cut out was super floppy, so I trimmed off excess white material from the interior of the ebay pad which made it much easier to work with.
