My city would have a mix of duplex, treeplex homes, brownstone townhouses and upscale condos. Pedestrian walkways to small streets with plazas. Small shops. Places where people can go for coffees or a meal. The day of overnight delivery is here to stay so we may not need big shopping stores. Perhaps small boutiques.
Many of these small towns exist today. Developers and companies just need to help involve themselves their expansions.
