I recommend looking at Serfas.
The last used bike I bought came with one - of unknown model (it was rubbed off) Decided to try it because it maintains the shape of a normal sized saddle. Usually I ride hard race saddles (paired with chamois diapers for anything over 40km) but this thing is insanely comfortable. I think it's mostly made out of foam and has a nice silky cloth outer. Pic possibly related.
Anyway, I rode it for 80km last night and I think that's the maximum you can get out of such a saddle without destroying your ass. 80km is still quite impressive for a "comfort" saddle imo
