Unfortunately the current city council is not very pro urbanism. Would need some previous "has been agreed" for it to go through, the big players haven't spoken yet, but all the pro bus blogging and columning by the minor coalition party (the major party) members is not good.
Doesn't help the coalition was also largely responsible for dismantling the original system. The same old friendly connections to the major bus operators may also play a role.
