then, whats up with your training? what are you doing right now? did you plan your training? canyou share it? yep i know the last one is a hard one. like the whole season training. do people do that? i would do it but im too new at this. just testing and mixing different trainings, kinda like some anon said, betting more on variability.
if im aiming for 70-100km races (thats what im doing), i just start with intervals on the hard days, rotating and trying to cover the most i can (that means from 30" sprints till 10-15 min hill repeats) and then when im close to the race i focus on 150k endurance rides and 30-50k rides with a lot of sweet spot or jumping between z2-z5. all this on hard days. i try to throw some high cadence work also. but shit i guess i should be more planned, so looking for examples :)
