for this reason sometimes Brass spoke nipples were used with carbon fiber rims (titanium could also be used)
but more recently Anodized alloy has been developed to resist the corrosion somewhat
at the very least there needs to be some sort of barrier between most metals and carbon (such as is common on bottle cage bolt inserts)
the seat post is the part is most apt to get rusted in place
that and and the iorn block of wedge type quill stems (most expander types are chrome plated)
I use a little grease on most fittings and threads to avoid rust binding latter on
but you have an A head / treadles fork ? they dont really have so much problems
