I did a little bit longer ride today, 46mi, and I noticed that I was getting pain in my upper arms (between the shoulder and elbow) and it persisted throughout my ride, it started about the 26mi mark.
I also have a slight bit of pain in my palms.
I recently adjusted my saddle forward just a tad and it's alleviated some issues (knee pain) but even before moving it forward I had the upper arm pain.
I found myself having to move myself back before and since moving it forward I'm not doing it as much.
The thing is my saddle is already level so I adjusted it up slightly, and moved it back maybe 2mm. The nose is pointed slightly up but the middle where you actually sit is level.
This issue would be due to saddle tilt and not something else? I initially moved it forward due to left knee pain and feeling like I was stretched out to far.
Pic is the saddle I'm using.
