I held the #1 spot for this year on the route and now that entire group dropped me way down which is sad but it's so interesting to see the gap between a pro and what my best (so far) was. I see their speed and it just boggles my mind them keeping up such a pace for that route, granted they have an entire peloton to help but that's beside the point. I also find it really cool to know that I can ride the national championship route on a whim.
