>>1567152It is basically what is left of the Odakyu's 20000 Series Romancecar, they initially built 2 7-car sets in the early 90s but after it was officially retired in 2012 they sold a shortened 3-car set to Fujikyu and scrapped everything else but those two cars. During the day of the incident Odakyu brought those two cars out to Shinjuku for an event before bringing them back to Ebina Station and eventually be put into a railway museum they are currently building. According to the following news report there were multiple arrests along the line too.
