They are planning on rolling on the 230s which can be ran off battery, but I don't know, it just seems incredibly unambitious. Also, I'm pretty sure their top speed is lower than the 153s they're replacing, so I don't know how that's going to work out.
I strongly assume their acceleration is much better though.
