>>1767507well, to be fair I am using p clamps that attach to the seat stays since i don't have mounts there, but it is screwed into mounts above the dropouts. the upper struts are adjustable, but the rest is rigid. It's just a lower end bontrager rack. maybe it's just the mounting points that are my issue.
