>>1362564If you want to try it with 700c wheels, I'd recommend going for narrower rims and a 27" fork. 700x45c is about the largest you can go. On a road frame like that the dropouts need to be placed into a special jig and rolled to fit anything larger than a 37. That frame being as small as it is the brake bridge *also* had to be heated and rolled upward.
Those are 700x45's and measure exactly that.
