up here in Lancashire, on the Cumbrian Coast Line Northern (Or Transpennine Express), the stock that used to run the line had it's lease expire and the lessors weren't willing to release it for the time remaining on the franchise, so they leased DRS stock
coaches were in DRS stock but the loco wasn't always
never rode it (because of 'tism) but did see it depart Preston a few times
