>>969220Maybe... I do the same route every day and I've got pretty bad knees. When I started riding I was kicking a fairly slow cadence of about 75 in a heavy gear for a week weeks, and now I want to make sure I kick about 90 as that's supposed to strain my knees less. I do the same avg speed but with higher cadence now than I used to and my knees feel less strained
