The biggest problem with it is that it's one of the only two entry points to a large industrial area east-northeast of it, with many, many people commuting into it. The other entry point, a little further north, is some undersized, semi diamond interchange-roundabout hybrid (rond point de Mondétour - exit 13 on the N118) that is as saturated. And it's also a clusterfuck because that other roundabout is actually a traffic circle (people on the roundabout must give way to incoming traffic). They're also gonna reform it together with the Ring des Ulis because it sucks.
