Once I had to patch a tube four fucking times,each time checking for the cause but didn't find it.
The 4th time I finally found a small metal wire that was even thinner than an individual strand of an inner gear cable,it was so uberhard to detect and I hope never to experience such a thing again
Are there any holes on uncovered by the rim tape?
Some rims I've seen caused a flat by the tube schafing against the relatively sharp,burred hole,mind you I'm not talking about valve/spoke holes,but tiny millimeter holes the manufacturer decided to put there for reasons only they understand.
