Consider that africa's population could grow by around 3 billion by 2100, Do you think that adding 3 billion niggers is going to be productive for the planet, 3 billion anyones on the planet would suck but I really doubt they will be the type that is going to want to discuss the finder points of urban planning and bike lanes.
