Since you're clearly insane, consider this idea: just use a standard seatpost qr, but get a single post padlock (pic). Drill a hole through your seat tube and seatpost, and whenever you feel like locking up, just adjust the height (it's easy!) such the holes match, and put this fucking thing through there.
