put a rack on it, and zip tie a metal basket on the rack, to put your backpack or whatever in.
I suggest this rack and do it like in this pic. Soma Lucas. You have the attachment points for it on your fork. It's a really nice point of that fork, that it has those bosses. Basket could be a wald (legit thing) or i tend to just buy them from $2 shops, hardware stores, discount homeware stores. Same thing really, any wire basket.
A rear rack would be ok too but you don't have to swing your leg over a front rack and it's nice being able to see your stuff.
