if i buy a wabi or all city big block how good are the components versus aftermarket ones that aren't unreasonably expensive? i don't want to buy a complete bike only to try to sell off the components for pennies on the dollar as i upgrade. maybe i'd upgrade over the long term (i'm cheap). i mainly want something that rides nice 'off the shelf' but also looks really cool. pic related is a bit outside my price range. i live near king kog in brooklyn but they seem pretty expensive.
