It's been a week since I started riding regularly again, I hadn't been riding for a good 5-6 years.
Went out going for a casual ride today since i've already been out 2 times this week and feeling a little fatigued, but I felt pretty good in the warmup ride so I went pretty hard early on. Got to my halfway stop to take a drink and check my times and they were really good. So with that I was pretty motivated for the ride home and I kept pushing hard and managed to break my record for this route.
Though my arch in my left foot cramped up pretty hard during the ride and I still pushed on and a couple hours later is still in some pain. Hopefully it subsides.
