also, I have a commuting SS with horiz: dropouts, but I find the axle slides sometimes, I knnow, I know, use a solid axle, but I really son't wanna give away the qr function... That is my rationale of using a tensioner...I know they're kinda ugly, but it sure has been fun making this bit... I'll stay with your suggestion and use a brushed fininsh :^)
