Anyone have any guides on how to work with 3 speed hubs? Everytime I put any semblance of torque the chain skips, but it is definitely something in the hub. Just trying to strip this thing down and get it rideable. Worst case scenario I convert it to single speed and somehow figure out the drum brakes on here.
