>>1100521>>1100520It is a hole, but it already has something sticking up through it from below, as can be seen more clearly here. The way I have it now doesn't look right to me and it comes out pretty easily, but if I hold the middle of the spring in place with my thumb it does seem to click through all of the gears, so I'm going to assemble it this way and see if it works. This is the third time I thought I might have figured it out, though, so I doubt that I have and if anybody has any other suggestions I still want them. Thanks for your help.
