whats more important, money or efficiency of your nation and the quality of life in your tribe and a minimally undisturbed natural environment? there are clear advantages of sucking out all the air in the underground tunnel so the train is not only in controlled conditions every single time unlike outside but also has no resistance from air allowing it to move even faster.
