It combines the best of all the worlds for me: excellent architecture and excellent urbanism, all being economically viable.
It reminds me of Brandevoort somehwat, but it was much faster to build (probably because it is near a very important city for the country, while brandevoort is a bit far from anything important.
It is a great inspiration to see such a large scale development in a poorer country. Hopefully architects and developers around the world agree with me.
