I'm looking to buy my first bike for commuting (potentially long commutes once I get in shape) and also recreation and I found this small independent store run by an old man that sells bikes at very competitive prices relative to my country.
I found one that has some pretty decent specifications and costs like two thirds as much as a similar one in a chain store.
However I can't recall what the model was called so I can't quickly look it up online.
I heard someone on /n/ here say that a bike is a bike and I shouldn't sweat it that much, opinions on the matter?
