1. Helicopters are awesome and good luck getting licensed. I love being a heli pilot and taking my wife on absolutely badass dates most women only get to watch on The Bachelor and shit.
2. There is no money in helicopters. You will never make good money as a heli pilot. In the words of my super salty flight instructor (who's main job is a Boeing engineering program director) with thousands of hours in both fixed wing and helicopter (about 12k total in his logbook):
"Don't fly helicopters for money. Make money somewhere else, then spend it on helicopters."
