>>1751363That's sufficient for your needs. I recommend getting some barends and installing them between your grips and shifters, pic related. Gives you a neutral grip position for cruising around. You can even upshift and brake with your pinky and ring finger if you get the angle right.
Also this bike would not be worth upgrading in my opinion. If you find yourself wanting to upgrade in the future just sell it and get a nicer bike altogether. Except the tires, get better tires as soon as you find a good deal.
I would also recommend getting some lights and a bell/horn even you think you won't need them. Aliexpress has cheaper than name brand prices on stuff like this. It's usually the same stuff you'll find on Amazon but significantly cheaper, although it takes significantly longer to get to you.
