>>1301784>>1302102My old ten speed is the same. Eyelets by the dropouts, but none on the stays. I have clamps on my upper seatstays for my rack and they work excellently, pic related. (maybe that's what you meant by 'p-clamps'?) I've never used a seatpost-mounted clamp for a rack so I can't comment on that.
