Knee history that no one wants to read- felt like tendonitis, maybe from too many miles too fast on too small 56cm road bike, switch to single speed made it feel worse. Switch to boring Trek hybrid with very careful pedalling/low gears has made it better. Guess I'll take it slow and avoid hills and stop if knees get worse.
