you can get a C clamp or a spring clamp (giant black plastic clothes-pin kinda thing) cheap from any hardware store or online. My C clamp is way bigger than you need. Spring clamp will need to go between spokes rather than over the tire but ought to work fine as long as you get the big size. Jorgensen clamp is nice but more expensive.
