wear a helmet
dont wear all black
use lights (yes the rear light even in day)
u dont have to go full safety construction jacket if u dont want to but at least wear some noticeable colors that wont blend into the road/surroundings
get a mirror, either one that goes on your helmet, or bar ends or w/e they are a necksaver
let people know that you want them to pass when it makes sense and take the lane when you need to.
