What I typically do is drop to zero during the first award, hang out at home and pick up 200% trips. Usually end up working 10 days/month and crediting 120-140 hours. Guys in the sim absolutely crush it here and regularly credit 200+ because they’re not subject to 117. Overall it’s a great place to work and I’m very happy here. I’m riding it out to B6. The hope and the dream is that our next CBA is B6 rates combined with our work rules.
