After a year of barely riding at all (only random indoor and painful and sweaty rides on a roller) and being the last time I rode my bike for a really short ride 4 months ago, yesterday was my first real ride outside the city in a long time, 45km.I expected the ride to be painful, so I took my time and rode at a lower pace trying to enjoy the ride and not going fast, even if I didn't use my best bike, the ride was really enjoyable and it was like discovering again my passion for cycling, I'm very hyped and I'm planning for riding several times each week, with quarantine and all of that I got pretty fat and I felt bad so I didn't cycle at all, now I have lost 2/3 of the weight I gained and I feel more confident on my fitness level, so I'm gonna ride until my ass stop hurting and my body gets fit.
