Most DT shifters will also fit on most barend pods, though most shifters intended for barend usage are bent instead of straight. Someone probably makes a threadless 1 1/8 headset spacer that doubles as a mount for shifters. You could also probably just clamp a mount on there, since the larger ones are meant for mounting on downtubes for bikes that lack bosses.
