the position on the bike is probably quite similiar
yes it has rack mounts, although not front ones, so still not that good as a touring bike.
The wider tyre clearance is good
The gearing is lower, with a subcompact crank (many gravel bikes won't have this and will just have road gearing), which is much better for real gravel climbs or touring, but the gearing on the cube is still quite low
Topstone has cheap chinked out promax brakes, and a cheap crank.
Topstone is more capable if you did actually want to push into shopping/hauling/utility, touring or harder gravel rides but for the use you actually describe the endurance road bike will be faster, more fun, and better.
