This is what we're talking about. All anons looking for used bikes should note this. You want to check the fork blades don't deviate back from the line of the headtube. And that there isn't any paint rippling or slight bend in these two areas in the frame. That indicates it's been crashed.
Also if you're suspicious about the fork, it's worth trying to find a picture of another example of the bike to compare it's fork to.
