This year almost wasn't able to ride, so I gained weight and last month I went out two or three times to ride and pain appeared on my groin and some skin under my balls were red. Didn't know the reason since I have never had that problem, the only thing I changed was that I lowered a bit the saddle. Other cause could be that my shorts are really shit+6-7kg (fat legs), so yesterday I decided to buy a new better bibs and raised the saddle a bit. Today I tested both things and the pain dissapeared, no more marks on my groin and no more pain.
Ass hurts a bit but it's because I need more hours on the saddle this year.
