The backpack wasn't exactly heavy, mostly just food, additional water, basic tools and a powerbank.
Anyway, I calculated the power requirement for a 20% incline at 80 km/h on the Kreuzotter calculator with their standard presets for MTB at 3000 m altitude, wich is 377 W.
That's not exactly something sustainable for non-professionals, much less for several hours or at that kind of altitude.
You only see that combination of sustained wattage and altitude in world hour record attempts.
