the connection/hauling goals were easy
as for the trackage one, i only got to like halfway by about year 12 (out of 15) but within the last few years my profits reached critical mass so I just started spam laying track everywhere to get the 5000 tiles of track requirement for gold dealt with
not sure if the scenario creator intended that but hey, free medal
also I think bonds are just a little too powerful for short term scenarios where the bond expiration dates will be longer than your bonds will expire in
