>>1662108Not by the next year, Russians want to leave ISS in 2025 so that gives you about 3,5 years for getting Starship operational and certified. It's not a long amount of time but even if they fail to catch Russians, it's not such a big deal. Starship will go to the ISS sooner or later. After all, it's supposed to be cheaper than Falcon 9 so once they make it reliable, it's obvious that SpaceX will try to replace Dragons with them.
